In Turkish system notarization/legalization of documents or powers of attorney is exceptional. If the attorney is about to fulfill n action which will cause a loss of right in any means, the TPO requests the power of attorney to be notarized ( if the applicant is not Turkish POA must be apostilled). In all other cases a signed document (even the facsimile thereof) will be sufficient.
