Your personal data that you have submitted to us through our communication channels such as our website, call center and corporate e-mail account are processed for the purpose of conducting communication activities, tracking and responding to requests and complaints, and managing emergency processes.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Law No. 6698, the personal data in question are processed by automatic means based on the legal reasons that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation and that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right. This personal data you have submitted is evaluated only within our company and is not transferred to third parties.

If deemed necessary by our Company, you may be contacted and information may be requested regarding the accuracy of personal data. All these procedures are carried out in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, our Privacy Policy and other legislation provisions.

As the data owner, you can use your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 by applying to DIŞPATENT:

  2. If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
  3. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
  4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the law titled “Deleting, Destroying and

Anonymization of Personal Data”,

  1. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing or to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  2. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  3. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of the damage.

It is possible to submit your requests to DIŞPATENT regarding your rights mentioned above in the ways stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. Your applications must belong to you personally. We would like to emphasize that an application cannot be made for information requests regarding the personal data of another person.

DIŞPATENT will finalize your information requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
